The name Callie, of Greek origin, means beautiful - And we don't need to tell you why this is so fitting... You can see her photos!

Callie is a stunning brindle 3.5yo girl, who is fun and exciting! She's big on play time and she's certainly big on people! Callie will follow you around nudging into you for attention - She's one of those girls that you just can't help but love. Her energy is infectious!!

Callie will suit a variety of homes including those with full-time workers, part time, causal or work from home (she's easy to please!), those with children (providing they're confident with boisterous dogs). Callie seems to prefer her own company and would be best suited as a single dog. If you were to have another dog, it must be a male large breed or another greyhound, pending a meet and greet.

Callie would do best in a home without smaller breeds of dog and will need on-going training and support as well as distance from other medium/smaller breeds. A quiet area with low dog density may be better.

Callie has recently had surgery to prevent a corn reoccurring (all healed now) as well as being diagnosed with pannus- an easy to manage eye condition (please ask staff for more information).

Callie is available for adoption now from our Wyee facility.
