CLEO

adopted

This unique, sweet lady has a certain quirk which many greyhounds cannot do- she sits! Cleo, with her pointy ears and short stocky body is an absolute delight, especially when we sneak past her day yards and she is happily sitting, watching the world go by. She could suit a life as an only dog, as she is fairly independent but could also suit a well-mannered medium to large canine companion. She has been coping quite well on her own in day yards so wouldn’t mind going to a home with full time workers. She can be a little strong on lead at first but settles well, gets a little enthusiastic when meeting other dogs and lays down or sits to travel. Due to Cleo’s independent nature, older or no children would be best. She is available on a foster to adopt basis, by appointment only at our Central Coast facility.
