Coconut is a calm natured and affectionate hound who loves nothing more than a scratch behind his ears and some play time with his toys. His best suited home will be with someone who is home most of the time, so if you work/study from home or are a casual/part time worker then he is the boy for you. Sometimes it can take a while for him to warm up to new people but I promise once he gets to know you he will become your very best friend and personal shadow. He plays well with the other hounds here at GAP so if you have a medium-large tolerant friend for him to play with he would love to meet them. Coconut can be a playful hound so having a backyard for him to play with his toys in and zoom around in will make him feel much more at home, but don’t worry, once he gets his energy out he will calm right down and be that best of both worlds kind of dog. Like a typical boy, he loves his food and will do almost anything for a sweet treat, this will come in very handy if you want to teach him any new tricks or need to build up leaving him alone while you are out of the house.
