Gabby

adopted

This girl’s got the gift of the Gabby! This stunning dark-haired lady is always up for a game of zoomies in the yard. At two years old, Gabby is very much still a pup at heart and loves to snooze in the sun once her zooming is done. She is perfectly content to spend her days this way, so she is likely to cope for considerable periods alone (provided she has a nice yard and a comfy bed to laze in!). Gabby also has beautiful leash manners. Gabby can be a little standoffish with other dogs, so a home where she can be an only dog to soak up all the love is just fine by her! As she also has shown a love on chasing, Gabby would do best in a home where she can be removed from small or fragile dogs. When on walks, Gabby would do best walking by other dogs (she has learned to do this with a happy “let’s go!” with us) with plenty of encouragement by her human and perhaps a treat or two. Any meetings with other dogs should be quick and on lead to help set Gabby up for success. Gabby will thrive in a structured routine where she can really be part of family life.

She is available on a foster to adopt basis from our Central Coast facilities.
