Foster Update: "So far he has been doing really well. He is actually quite chill overall and could even suit a small backyard/courtyard, he has had 3 walks this week but prefers to just relax on his bed with some toys. He walks great and hasn't pulled on the lead at all, and hasn't shown any signs of resource guarding with us or our other dog."
Hello my name is Galaxy! If you feel like you have been searching far and wide across the galaxy for a guy like me, let me tell you that I'm available for adoption! But in the meantime I am living in foster with a young couple with a female kelpie. I'm goofy, affectionate, active, playful and full of personality, but don't take it from my GAP team, I'll let my foster family introduce me to everyone and will be sure to write an update about me soon!
Galaxy is truly out of this world, and can't wait to be your whole universe! He will have you over the moon with happiness and we are certain he will love you to the moon and back with his affectionate and playful nature.
Galaxy gravitates towards active couples, families with teenagers as he can be bouncy, and would suit full time workers in a quiet area. Galaxy would be starry eyed if he had another large breed canine companion to spend his days with while you went off to full time work.
He will rock your world with his charming goofy ways. Whether that is playing with toys or doing zoomies, or leaning on you for pats. He would suit 2 x 10-30 min walks per day, is learning how to walk on a loose leash (and doing really well!), and due to Galaxy being a social and inquisitive guy, he likes greeting other dogs but is still learning how to do this calmly.
Don't wait lightyears to meet him, apply below to adopt him or meet him at the Macarthur Pets Adoption Day!
