GAP’s little Gummy bear is oh-so-sweet! While this lady has had more than a few teeth out- she still loves her food. This 8yr old lady doesn’t enjoy being in kennels, and prefers to spend her days in a grassy yard with a calm medium to large canine companion. Since Gummy has a ‘ruff’ time in a kennel environment, we hope to get her into the swing of things in a domestic home as soon as we can. She still has quite a bit to learn about what being a pet means (i.e. hogging the couch and eating cheese), so her adopters will ideally be patient and prepared to gradually introduce Gummy to new things. Being paired with a confident canine friend should help Gummy to observe and learn the couch potato life. Given her sensitivity, it is likely Gummy would prefer to be in a home without children and the noise that often comes with them. If you have what it takes to bring out the many flavours of our Gummy bear, consider meeting her and taking her on a foster to adopt basis.
