Handsome red brindle boy Lentil is as versatile as the legume itself.
Lentil loves to play with toys, go on walks, is a confident and happy go lucky guy, and would suit a variety of homes. He would enjoy a fun packed, adventure filled life with his new family after he settles into pet life, or would be happy hanging out at home with you while you work from home, lapping up all the attention during the day.
Lentil would suit a home with children with dog experience, he can be bouncy during play or when excited so older kids are best suited. He would also suit a young active couple/person who is home more often than not eg workers from home. Lentil likes having company during the day so as long as someone is home more often than not, Lentil is happy to go with the flow.
He would suit a home with any sized breed dog as he has been polite with small dogs as well as greyhounds here at the adoption centre. He been socialised with other breeds prior to his time at the adoption centre making him a great addition to your family if you already have a dog who is looking for a companion. If you do already have a doggie friend for Lentil, he would suit full time workers.
Despite being friendly with all breeds, he would still enjoy life as a single dog with someone home more often than not. A backyard or grassed townhouse yard is a must along with a quiet neighbourhood with no noisy neighbours. Such a smart little legume, he can also do stairs here at the adoption centre. What's not to love?
He is a super affectionate boy and can't wait to meet his new family who can give him lots of pats and show him the joys of pet life. We just know he will make an amazing pet as he loves to be by your side and be your companion.
His joy and enthusiasm for life paired with his confident personality is going to make a family very lucky!
