Miss Miley will be 4yrs in July and is as pretty as can be! Miley has been doing extremely well in her foster home for the past 6 weeks with a lovely family and their 11yo son who are home more often than not.
We have added some feedback from Mileys foster carer:
“Miley is one laid back lady who adapted well to her new suburban environment.
She has one goal in life which is to get as many pats and scratches she can score from every human she meets.
She has impeccable doggy table manners and is a dainty eater with no bad habits in the house.
When she has as many pats as she can cadge she curls up contentedly on “her” lounge.
She loves a walk and likes to check out the neighbourhood when on the lead.
Sometimes she likes to pause and smell the metaphorical roses but if she meets another dog she is quick to let you know she wants to play with them.
She has had a couple of friends for play dates: an older male greyhound on a couple of occasions and a younger female springer spaniel and they had great times together; she loves the company.
With young children she is very affectionate but can be over exuberant for little ones. In the yard she is usually asleep until walk time unless she gets in the mood for playing with her toys. Apart from conventional dog toys Miley likes to improvise using plastic drink bottles, cardboard cartons and garden sacks to toss around, chase after and chew on.
She is a beautiful looker with a good temperament and in great health. Miley would fit in well with most families”
We would love to see Miley go into her fur-ever home that has a similar situation as her foster home. She is currently located in Concord on an adoption basis.
As well as being behaviourally assessed, Miley has:
- a C5 vaccination
- been desexed
- been microchipped
- been intestinally wormed
- been heartworm tested
- had flea and heartworm prevention
- been LIFETIME REGISTERED (no need to register with your council – this is all done as part of the Lifetime Registration)
