With the weather getting warmer, you can’t go past this little fruity girl who will add just the right amount of sweetness to your life.
Papaya has fast become a staff favourite here at the Western Sydney kennels. She is gorgeous, happy, wiggly and affectionate. When she isn’t waiting at the gate for a treat or a scratch, we often catch her chilling out on her bed, and keeping cool in the shade.
We know first impressions count but Papaya can be a little nervous or unsure at first, so don’t discount her based on this! She has formed a lovely bond with her handler already and is coming leaps and bounds in her training sessions.
What Papaya’s most suited home/family would look like:
✅ A family who can go slow with interactions while she is settling in
✅ A home where she is alone for longer hours through the day
✅ Small yard is ok, she loves spending time outside on her bed
✅ Kids 12+ (who are quiet, gentle and can leave her be when needed)
✅ Another large size dog friend (must be calm and tolerant)
✅ A home on the quieter side of life
