3 year old whitey is a sweet and sensitive boy. He's can take a minute come out of his shell and can be a little nervous at times but he loves having company and playing toys with his human friends. He will need a quiet home to help him grow into the beautiful confident boy he can be. He would do best in an adult-only home.
Whitey really likes chasing stuffed toys, and neck scratches give him a big wagging tail.
He enjoys going for walks with his greyhound friends and is learning how to walk nicely on leash. He may still require a harness until he gets it down pat.
Whitey has been lovely to all of the greyhounds he meets however he finds them to be too playful for him. If his new home were to have another dog, he'd prefer a quiet and calm companion.
Whitey has been coping well on his own in his yard at the facility and would suit any work-life balance.
* Whitey does have a Grade 1 heart murmur which requires no treatment and won't effect his life. It just needs checking at the vet yearly. He also sustained an injury in his past but it is now fully healed. He will benefit on some osteo support e.g. Blackmores for dogs.
This gorgeous boy is going to make just the most wonderful companion to a very lucky person, he just needs some time to grow. To express your interest, please apply to our Wyee facility.
