Zoey

adopted

Zoey is a pocket rocket with a zest for life and fun. She is an energetic gal, so a backyard is a must! She is super pretty with her long white socks, chest blaze and white tipped tail! Zoey has had exposure to home life in the suburbs with her previous racing owner however was unable to stay longer term as their existing old little dog didn’t take to her and was quite grumpy towards her. She has some hesitation around some other dogs, and not others and we feel this may be because she got used to tensing up as the little dog she lived with had a go at her a few times! We have noticed she is a bit more tense with Jack Russell type breeds, but has been great with GAP’s resident Pomeranian X and Papillion X. We feel Zoey will enjoy an active lifestyle where she can be part of the family. Older respectful children rather than littlies due to her exuberant nature. Zoey has a history of coping well in the backyard by herself for moderate periods alone. A home by herself or with a compatible canine companion would be suitable we feel.

Zoey is available on a foster to adopt basis from our Central Coast Facility.
