A gorgeous white and black coat, striking amber eyes and a colourful personality to match, our pretty girl Poppy sure is a head turner!
With her loves of zoomies, playfulness and infectious happiness, Poppy definitely suits her name! Poppy is happy to entertain herself at home (she is known for randomly tossing her toys around for herself!) and is suited to part-time or casual working households. She loves to play with other medium/large dogs and if you happen to already have one at home, Poppy would be suitable for full-time workers. Her excitable nature makes her best suited for homes with older experienced kids or teens and up. Poppy loves her walks and after her initial excitement has past she settles into a relaxed trot and would make the perfect adventure partner! And we mention she loves her food!? Poppy will be easy to train and entertain with her love for yummy treats and stuffed kongs.

Meet Elsa! The pretty little princess who could thaw any frozen heart.
“DING DING DING! PLEASE WELCOME TO THE RING FLOOYYYYYYYYYDDDDDD GREYWEATHER!”
Alright, not really. This Floyd is far from his famous counterpart and will definitely not take you out with a knock-out punch. On the contrary, Floyd has shown to be very gentle and calm in the presence of people.
They call me Big ear Boo, Big boy Boo or Big mouth Boo. You can just call me Boo.
Nobelina – Kind of like Thumbelina in the way that she is little and pretty and sweet and searching for love!
Little Nobelina is the epitome of a sweetheart. She’s a little bit sensitive and can startle easily – The world can be kind of intimidating for such a tiny softie after all. Albeit, she loves to give everything a go anyway and will step outside her comfort zone in the name of play time and zoomies. Just keep everything calm and gentle and she’ll love you forever.
Hi! I’m Red. I know, original right?
So I’ve been at GAP for a minute now and I’m itching to scoot on out of here and retire into a “pet” or whatever all these girls keep talking about. I don’t know much about it.
The award for "Best Ever Greyhound" goes to....... TONY!!! *crowd cheers*
With his incredibly good looks and lively personality it's no doubt that Tony has won this award... and at only 1.5 years old he has an outstanding career ahead of him!
Attention! Everyone get ready to salute your new commanding sergeant. Or Sarge as he is more commonly known. This boy is ready hang up the old boots and settle into is new home. Sarge has plenty of energy left in his tank but he is often found relaxed and hanging by your side waiting for another scrumptious treat. Although Sarge seems to be cool, calm and collected, he sometimes gets a little over excited when it comes to his favourite squeaky toys. Due to his sometimes over the top nature he would be best suited to a home with older teenage plus children or no children at all. He has shown appropriate manners around small dogs and wouldn’t mind if he had to share his home with one either. Sarge is used to being part of his troop so a home with owner’s home more often than not or a canine companion is preferred for this boy.
Prepare to be bowled over… Cricket is here and ready to hit you for a six! With his spinner of a tail and sweet personality he’s bound to edge his way into your heart for a long partnership.
Are you looking for an older gentleman to keep you quiet company whilst you go about your housework or perhaps snooze next to you while you watch TV or read a book?
Charlie is for you! Charlie boy is approaching 10 years old and would enjoy a home that is nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and without the commotion of young children.
Hi everyone, my name is Murphy.
Although I am a big boy, I promise I am not scary. I am actually quite a sensitive lad, I get a little nervous when meeting new folks and I really like to be approached softly with some delicious treaties.
Jess is a little bit divine with her blue coat and a little bit sweet. She is young and has never seen a race track so has that amount of curiosity, but then will stand back and ponder on something so a tad of patience and reassurance will pay off ten fold with her. She is bright and curious, yet laid back and quiet so a bit of an all round type of gal
Like all young kids she will need some rules and boundaries, so a home that is prepared to give her some guidelines will be the perfect home for her to grow into her own. She would be ideal for an active retired person or couple or an older family with someone working from home as she is not a go to work for 8 hours and leave her at home type of gal.
Sid is one of those dogs that is your true typical greyhound who is just plain old darn lazy. He is placid and lazy (that word again). He needs a home with the quiet life where he can share a piece of toast and snooze out in the shade of a tree for the rest of the day while you do the work in the garden - and he sleeps. He is not a guy who wants to go for daily walks so homebod’s only need to apply.
Ideally, Sid's home life would consist of a retired gent or couple who are keen gardeners that would like to open their home, their heart and the all important lounge, to a gentle giant who will repay you in full by doing not a lot really. With this in mind, he would also suit a working couple who also are home bodies as long as he has a sheltered place to hang while you're at work and you have no intention at all of dragging him out when you get home. Seriously - he isn't going.
Looking for a fun energetic hound to join the family? Blu, although he is black, might just tick all your boxes with the ability to match the energy of the kids (over 12 only please) then turns into the loveable well known lounging greyhound after they have gone to bed.
He has a lovely outgoing, friendly yet energetic nature so a home with a full sized yard where he can stretch his legs for his daily turn and burn is required. He will be okay with casual workers but not a home that is going to leave him alone all day long.
Are you missing a bit of hidden treasure in your life?? Then Ruby may be the gem you have been searching for. Taking this girl home will make you feel like you have your very own jewel from the royal crown.
Ruby loves a bit of outdoor time, especially taste testing the grass, (We didn’t have the heart to tell her that dogs are supposed to be carnivores). Another fave pastime of hers is having a hard earned nap, but she doesn’t always like to wake up to an empty house with no human friends about, she loves company and would prefer to keep her ‘Me’ time to a minimum; therefore a house with someone home more often than not would be best.
This hungry little Grubby is ready to turn into a beautiful butterfly.
While she doesn’t have the most elegant name, 4yr old Grubby has such a lovely personality that she is a head-turner nonetheless. She’s a very affectionate lady that enjoys creeping over to her humans for a gentle scratch and a treat. She does love her food and prefers to chill out instead of adventuring out in the big wide world. After all, every caterpillar loves a good cocoon!
Brett; the big beautiful man! Is ready to find his forever home! And in this home he would really love a backyard to play in, older kids (or none) to play with, some hoomans to call his very own, toys and yummy treats, a big comfy bed to rest his muscles on, and a home with lots and lots of love. He is also great on his own, so if you work full time hours he will do just fine keeping himself company throughout the day.
Brett is the most happy boy, and great on the eye! Nice sleek black coat with matching white paws, and a big beautiful smile!
Zion is looking to join a family that is, well… just that!
This beautiful just-turned-4 year old checks all the boxes you want in a lifelong companion. He is playful yet gentle, loves swimming and toys, walks great on lead and is so excited to be a part of whatever you’re doing.
“I am Loki of Asgard, and I am burdened with glorious purpose!” – If having no hair is a purpose, then yes I am burdened with that *awkward smile*
While his infamous counterpart from Asgard may be referred to as the “trickster” or “The God of mischief”, our Loki is known only for his friendly nature and excitement for all things good in the world.
Get ready for the warmer weather with your brand new summer essential- Roxy! This beach babe is a fun loving, water obsessed girl looking to spend her life with the perfect outdoorsy family.
You can often find this water baby splashing about in her shell pool- she loves the water! Roxy prefers to be outside in the sun soaking up those warm summer rays and would benefit from being in a home with a backyard. She would prefer to have her humans around for most of the day and would suit a home with retirees or people who permanently work from home. Alternatively Roxy adores the company of other dogs and could spend more time away from her human family if she had a medium-large dog friend to hang out with. She is happy being inside with the whole family and will comfortably lay on her own bed and settle down.
