Angie is a beautiful, affectionate girl with a happy, playful personality and plenty of love to give! She is very friendly and enjoys human company, happily coming when called and showing just how much she loves being around her people. She is also good with children, making her a lovely companion for a family looking for a loving addition to their home.
Angie is a confident girl who walks beautifully on the lead and is very compliant when out and about. She handles stairs well and takes her surroundings in her stride, remaining relaxed and happy in her environment. She is also comfortable spending time on her own, so she can enjoy some independence when her humans need to head out.
Angie has been living happily alongside other greyhounds and a blue cattle dog, showing lovely social behaviour with the dogs she has met. She also sees plenty of Australian wildlife in her daily life, including kangaroos and wombats! While she has not yet been tested with small dogs or cats, her interactions with the larger dogs she knows have been very positive.
Despite a previous injury, Angie is showing no signs of discomfort or ongoing issues and appears healthy and happy. She has also shown no signs of resource guarding around food or toys, which is another lovely quality to see.
At her age, Angie would benefit from a home with a secure yard where she can enjoy the outdoors at her own pace and have a comfortable space to relax. She is a sweet, confident and affectionate girl who is ready to bring companionship, joy and plenty of cuddles to her forever family.
