Meet Barney, a big-hearted 4-year-old greyhound who tips the scales at 40kg but still thinks he’s a puppy! This gentle giant loves affection and will happily be your shadow, making him the perfect companion. Barney is currently living the townhouse life in Canberra and does wonderfully with full-time workers — he’s content to hang out in the courtyard while you’re away.
He’s super easy to walk on the lead and adores children, showing a respectful and carefree nature that makes him a joy to have around. Barney just needs slow introductions to other dogs so he can build his trust, but with people he’s all love. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate family member in a larger package, Barney is your boy.
