Beautiful black girl Demi is a confident, social greyhound with a real zest for life! She’s the kind of girl who greets the world with a wagging tail and is always ready to see what’s happening around her.

Demi is wonderfully social with people and loves nothing more than a good pat. She knows her name and comes when called, making her a lovely companion to have around. She has also been around children and is comfortable in their company.

When it comes to other dogs, Demi is a confident girl who has interacted beautifully with other greyhounds and is comfortable around both big and small dogs. She would ideally be rehomed with another dog for companionship.

On lead, Demi can be a little excited at first and may pull as she takes everything in, but she quickly settles and enjoys exploring her surroundings. She absolutely loved having the freedom to run off lead, with the occasional zoomie making an appearance! Because of this, a secure backyard is a must for Demi so she has space to stretch her long legs and enjoy herself.

Demi travels beautifully in the car and approaches new experiences with confidence. She’s also comfortable with stairs and was in excellent physical condition.

Demi has shown a low prey drive around cats when managed appropriately, and she responded well to recall when called. A careful introduction and ongoing supervision would be important in a cat household.
