Introducing Drake, a handsome fawn boy who is nearly 5 years old and ready to find his forever home.
Drake is a lovely boy with a happy, gentle nature. He was initially very excited to get out and about, but quickly settled into a relaxed rhythm once he started walking. He enjoyed taking in the world around him, sniffing and exploring at his own pace.
Drake is also a real people boy. He happily came over for pats and was quite content to stand right beside his handler, showing that he enjoys being close to his humans. He didn’t pull away from affection and even offered a little tail wag — a sweet sign of his enjoyment.
When out walking, Drake was relaxed and comfortable in his surroundings. He travelled well and was also happy around his fellow greyhounds, making him a lovely companion for a home where he has another greyhound friend.
Drake showed a gentle and easy-going attitude around toys and food, with no concerns noted during his assessment.Â
Overall, Drake is a happy, affectionate and relaxed boy who enjoys his walks, loves a pat and seems very comfortable around people and other greyhounds.
With his gorgeous fawn coat and sweet personality, Drake is ready to start the next chapter of his life with a family who will love him as much as he deserves. 💙
