Ginger is sweet, bouncy, and full of fun, yet cool and calm when she needs to be. She has a shy side but loves to bound around and show her fun side once she gets to know you. She would suit a house, apartment or townhouse, as she is adaptable and shows lovely settling skills when alone. She would be best suited to older kids as she can be bouncy when she first sees you, however she learns quickly. She can be slow to warm up to new people but is affectionate once she knows you. She best suits a calmer household, can live alongside another greyhound with a similar calm nature, and shows potential to slowly work up to full-time hours. She may also be able to be left for longer hours if rehomed with another dog. Ginger enjoys walks, learning new skills and all food related enrichment – especially Kong toys and snuffle mats. She is also confident walking up and down stairs but would highly encourage new owners to start off with some high value treats to get things going.
