🐾 Meet… Johnny 🐾

Johnny be good — and Johnny is certainly a very good boy! 💕 This handsome black hound is a happy young fellow with a big heart, a playful spirit and a wonderful love for people. He absolutely adores his humans, coming when called by name, leaning in for pats and soaking up every bit of affection he can get.

Johnny is a lovely companion in everyday life. He is house trained and toilet trained, and he is quite happy to enjoy some quiet time on his own when his people are busy. He has a lovely balance of playful energy and relaxation — he enjoys having fun with his toys, exploring around the home and even joining in when the hose comes out! He might have a little happy run around at home, but he is generally a wonderfully easy-going boy who is just as content to settle down afterwards.

When it comes to getting out and about, Johnny is a cheerful little explorer. He walks nicely on lead and enjoys taking in all the interesting smells and sights around him. He is easy to guide and seems to genuinely enjoy discovering what the world has to offer, one sniff at a time. 

Johnny is also a lovely social boy with other dogs. He has enjoyed meeting small canine friends with a polite, happy hello and has had a wonderful time playing with larger dog breeds. He has a playful, friendly approach and enjoys having four-legged friends around.

Travelling is another area where Johnny shines. Once he is helped into the car, he settles beautifully and is calm and relaxed during the journey. He is also a very sensible boy around his belongings and happily enjoys his toys without turning his bed into a renovation project.

Johnny would suit a loving home where he can be part of everyday family life and receive plenty of affection. He would be equally happy with people who enjoy getting out for leisurely walks and adventures as he would with a family who appreciates cosy time at home.

A home with a compatible canine companion could be a lovely option for Johnny, as he enjoys the company of other dogs however would also be comfortable being an only dog soaking up all the attention. Most importantly, he would love a family who will appreciate his affectionate nature, enjoy his playful little personality and make him feel like the very good boy he knows he is. 🥰
