Rocky is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves being part of the action. Having spent plenty of time hanging out in the GAP office, he's become somewhat of a local celebrity, always making sure to greet visitors and soak up any attention on offer. He genuinely enjoys being around people and is happiest when he's included in daily life.

One of Rocky's cutest quirks is his love of toys. Each evening he'll happily collect his favourites and create his own little toy collection, proudly showing off his treasures before settling in for the night.

Rocky has also shown fantastic house manners. When given access to a yard, he has reliably toileted outside, and when he needs a bathroom break he has been known to politely head to the door and let people know with a gentle whimper. Clever boy!

Out and about, Rocky has been polite around other greyhounds and has remained well-controlled on lead around smaller dogs. He's also a big fan of food and responds beautifully to positive reinforcement, making him a fun dog to continue training and bonding with.

Rocky could happily settle into a home with a secure yard or an apartment lifestyle, provided he has a consistent toileting routine and regular opportunities to stretch his legs. His playful nature means he could live with children, although we'd recommend families with dog-savvy kids or those willing to help children learn how to interact respectfully with larger dogs.

Most of all, Rocky is looking for a family who will love him as much as he'll love them. In return, you'll get a loyal companion, an enthusiastic toy collector, and a best friend who's always excited to see you.
