Selwyn has grown up around children and knows how to be calm and gentle in their presence. He’s also well-socialised with other dogs, getting along beautifully with medium and large breeds—including other greyhounds and even a German Shepherd buddy! He’d love a home where he can share space with canine companions or be your one-and-only shadow.

This sweet boy has a thoughtful, inquisitive nature. He enjoys taking in the world at his own pace and has proven to be unfazed by nearby farm animals like sheep and horses—nothing much rattles Selwyn’s cool composure.

What would make Selwyn happiest? A quiet home with a backyard or courtyard where he can potter around, stretch his legs, and soak up the sun between naps. While he doesn’t need a lot of exercise, he appreciates the freedom to explore a safe outdoor space. His independent and relaxed personality also makes him well-suited for full-time workers—he’s perfectly happy doing his own thing while you’re away, then greeting you with a wag and a nuzzle when you return.
