Tess is a very affectionate and loving girl who loves to ask for lots of pats then settle herself nice and comfy in her bed next to you. She is loving her foster care! She is playful, polite, and dorky when she plays with toys!
Tess had previously not had much experience with pet life and can get a little overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle sometimes.
She would best suit a quiet home and lifestyle and humans who are willing to take new things slowly with her. She is happy spending the day alone and would suit longer stints of hours alone, but currently has company during the day in her foster home.
Older, respectful kids/teens are suitable provided they are able to give her space when she needs it, and who respect her bouncy playful side. When Tess was our beloved office dog, she was known to enjoy spending quiet time indoors snuggled up on her bed, for almost all day, sometimes you'd forget she was there!
Enrichment activities such Licky-Mats and Kongs are a hit with Tess and are a great way to bond with her!
