Meet Tommy 💙
Tommy is a gentle, friendly boy with a lovely laid-back nature and a heart full of affection. He may be a little shy at first, but his sweet personality shines through, and once he feels comfortable, he’s more than happy to come when called and enjoy some quality time with his people.
Tommy is a dream to walk, showing confidence and great manners on the lead. He takes his surroundings in his stride and remains relaxed and comfortable in everyday environments. He’s also happy spending time on his own, making him a wonderful option for someone looking for a companion who can enjoy a little independence.
With experience around children and a very gentle temperament, Tommy could make a lovely addition to the right family. He enjoys playing with toys, but he’s equally content to take things easy and simply enjoy being near his favourite humans.
Tommy has also shown lovely social behaviour with other large dogs and greyhounds, being friendly and relaxed in their company. He hasn’t yet been tested with small dogs or cats, so these introductions would need further assessment.
Tommy has shown no signs of stress when travelling or being crated, no guarding around food or toys, and no obvious health concerns. He’s a relaxed, easygoing boy who doesn’t ask for much — just a safe place to call home and people to love.
Thanks to his calm nature and ability to settle, Tommy could even be suitable for unit living, provided his exercise and everyday needs are met.
