Events in December

As the silly season approaches, the calendar is filling up with paw-some events for you and your pooch.

The GAP team will be attending Richmond Valley Christmas Street Party and Tree Light-up 2021 held in Casino.

We will have our GAP staff and some lovely volunteers, on hand to answer any questions you might have about greyhounds, living with them and what to expect from them as a pet (by the way it’s all good). We will also have some guests of the four-legged variety ready for some meet and greets!

So come and join us for some Christmas themed fun and pat some greyhounds!

The Toxteth Hotel is holding a Merry Toxteth Christmas party for you and your fluffy friends.

There will be live Christmas carols, meat tray raffles (for the puppies), and awards for best-dressed duos!

So dust off the Christmas sweaters, and purchase a matching one for your dogga.

Have a paw-some day out at the A Pooch Affair POOCHES PICNIC where you can enjoy:

• Live music on the greens of Drovers Square

• Grab a photo at one of the Festive Photo Opportunities

• Xmas Doggie Markets

• Best Dressed Competition @ 11 am (theme is Aussie Bush Xmas)

• Let your pup indulge in puppicinos and treats at the Paws Cafe

• Tunnels and Balls Doggie Play area

• Loads of entertainment, delicious food, prizes, and giveaways
