Dee is a beautiful black and white Greyhound with a soft, gentle nature and a lovely laid-back personality. She is very friendly, affectionate and easy to have around, making her a wonderful potential family companion.
Dee is calm and gentle with children and has been lovely with a 6-year-old, enjoying pats, walks and spending time with the family. She is housetrained, crate trained and walks beautifully on lead without pulling.
She is also friendly with Greyhounds and small dogs, including Jack Russells, Chihuahuas and Mini Dachshunds. Dee is cat-friendly too and has happily lived alongside cats, even sleeping next to them.
Dee enjoys a relaxed backyard, a gentle walk and being part of family life. She isn't overly active and is content to take things at an easy pace. Her one challenge is car travel — she becomes quite stressed and pants during trips, which was a factor in her retirement from racing.
Sweet, calm and soft-natured, Dee is ready to find a loving family who will appreciate her gentle personality and give her the time and care she deserves. ❤️
