"Everything has been going so well with sweet Macaroni, she’s truly been such an angel. As first-time fosters for a senior greyhound, we were a little nervous at first, but she has been nothing but gentle, loving, and easy to care for. She is also incredibly well toilet-trained, in the week we’ve had her, she has only toileted outside and hasn’t had a single accident indoors. Each day she’s been growing more comfortable and showing more of her sweet personality. She now gets excited for her morning and afternoon toilet walks, and around lunch and dinner time she’ll happily wag her tail and do little jumps of excitement. For an older girl, it’s so lovely to see those playful moments still shine through.

As she settles in, Macaroni has also become more affectionate and enjoys being closer to her people throughout the day. We think once fully comfortable, she’ll become a true little love bug. I think Macaroni would thrive in a calm and loving home with someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle and would love a gentle companion to relax alongside. She’s very brave and easygoing, sounds, music, cars, and general day-to-day activity don’t seem to bother her at all. She loves having cozy spots around the house to nap and sleeps peacefully through the night."

Macaroni is a gentle, quiet and independent little old lady who is happy to do her own thing. She is ultra calm, loves treats, is well mannered and oh so sweet and laid back. Once she knows you she will put her head on you for a pat.

She would be best suited to an only-pet home as she prefers down time and chilled out vibes. She is apartment suitable, showing lovely toileting manners when indoors in our office all day, happy to snooze the day away then wake up to tell us it's toilet time. At 11 years young, it goes without saying that a quiet lifestyle and less brisk activity is best suited, as well as a home without stairs. Older/quiet kids are best suited as she loves to relax.

She is very laid back and has been left alone for long stints in the office and done well so full time workers are suitable. She loves to sunbake so she can't wait to find the sunny patch at your place!
