Slim is doing great! He is such a lovely soul, very calm and has settled into our household quickly.
- We haven't left him alone for a full workday yet, but when left alone for 4-6 hours he makes no fuss. Slim is normally curled up on the couch and excited to see us when we come home!
- We haven't had too many interactions with other dogs yet, but he is very polite and walks on easily when he sees other dogs on their walks.
- Slim is still learning how to walk well on walks, since he is so curious about the surroundings he tends to walk in a bit of a zigzag (it's very cute).
- He's very curious and likes to be involved with anything we are doing around the house. Going to the fridge? He'll come too. Going to put some laundry away? He will help. Slim isn't a bother; he just likes to be part of the family!
- He is still settling into our space, but I can see him becoming a big cuddle bug.
- I think he would suit a home with a bit of backyard space, with things to investigate and people who are happy to give him the love and attention he deserves.

Slim is a friendly, confident and social boy who has plenty of enthusiasm to share! He loves spending time with people and is very food motivated, making him a keen learner who enjoys discovering new skills.
Slim is a big fan of Kongs and snuffle mats, so enrichment is a great way to keep his clever mind busy.
Because Slim can be quite excitable, he would suit a home with older children aged 12+ who understand his energy. He could also enjoy the company of another calm greyhound who is happy to give him his own space.
A home with a backyard would be ideal for Slim, giving this big boy plenty of room to move around, play and relax.
