The Western Sydney team are delighted to put forward Tessa as a suitable greyhound for the right foster care home. Tessa has been our office dog here at the adoption centre. Tessa's perfect home is a home with no children, no stairs, and a house with a backyard.
When it comes to other pets, Tessa has shown sociability with cats and small dogs so a home with polite existing pets could be an option pending a discussion with the rehoming team.
Tessa is a very affectionate and loving girl who loves to ask for lots of pats then settle herself nice and comfy in her bed next to you. She is playful, polite, and dorky when she plays with toys! She is happy spending the day alone and would suit longer stints of hours alone.
When Tessa was our beloved office dog, she was known to enjoy spending quiet time indoors snuggled up on her bed, for almost all day, sometimes you'd forget she was there! Enrichment activities such Licky-Mats and Kongs are a hit with Tessa and are a great way to bond with her.
