With his striking black coat, graceful build and soulful charm, Tigga is a real head-turner. But it’s his soft nature and the lovely personality that emerges once he feels safe that make him truly special.
Tigga can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give him some time, patience and kindness, and you’ll start to see his wonderful personality shine. He’s looking for a special human who will let him build trust at his own pace and show him just how good life can be.
Despite his size, Tigga is an absolute pleasure to walk on lead. He’s gentle, easy to handle and enjoys taking in the world around him. He also loves the chance to stretch his long legs off lead, with the occasional burst of adorable greyhound zoomies! A secure backyard would be ideal for him to enjoy these moments.
Tigga travels beautifully in the car and is confident getting in and out, making him a lovely companion for little adventures. He has interacted well with other greyhounds and has been around medium and large dogs.Â
Tigga has shown no prey drive during his cat assessment, although slow, careful introductions to any resident cat would be important.
This gorgeous boy may need a little help learning to navigate stairs, but with gentle encouragement and positive training, he can continue building his confidence.
