Dora Dora Dora the explorer, Boots and super cool Dora, Dora....
Boots is here and by his best friend’s side much similar to Dora the explorer having her best friend boots by her side. Boots is searching high and low to find a new place to call his own. This handsome young man with striking white booties is such a catch you won’t want to miss out on.
Ciao from beautiful Roma! This stunning 4-year-old blue girl will give you more joy and happy memories than a gondola ride down the Grand Canal of Venice!
Roma can be a little shy at times when meeting new people or visiting new places. We have noticed that Roma feels more comfortable and relaxed with another medium/large canine amico (or amica!) around allowing her radiant personality to shine through. If you would prefer Roma to be the only pet of the household, she is suitable for those who work part-time or casual hours and would do best in a quieter neighbourhood without too much going on beyond the fence.
Despite the cool name, this light and handsome boy is anything but dark, cloudy and cold. He is ‘chilled’ though.
Stormy is often seen snoozing away in the sunshine, not bothered by very much at all. In fact, we think he’s done very little in his time at GAP other than sun snoozing!
The littlest, sweetest, beautiful Bella you’ve seen!
4yo Bella is an absolute honey! Whilst she’s still pretty new here at GAP, it didn’t take very long to have our hearts stolen. She is so wiggly and silly that we can’t even get clear photos of her!
♦PLENTY OF HOUNDS PROFILE♦
Name: Rachel. Greyn.
*Mouse is currently in foster care awaiting her forever home!*
It may sound cheesy, but this greyhound is truly “grate”. As fast as Speedy Gonzales and with her pointed snout and long tail she certainly suits her name… Mouse! At only 1.5 years old this girl has barely left the burrow but is now ready to be adopted!
Hold on to your treat pouches and brace yourself, little pocket rocket Jenna is zooming through for treaties and games! This girl is super charged when it comes to food but is able relax after some energy has been burned (believe it or not!). There’s no doubt that Jenna will need a yard and lots of fun enrichment games, she is showing to cope well on her own and wouldn’t mind full time workers as long as they are still able to meet her very fun needs.
Jenna would be happy to share her home with a med/lrg breed as she is showing to be quite the friendly girl to all she meets. Teenage+ or no children would be best as (as mentioned) she LOVES her food and she may not see little fingers if they were to feed her and she may accidentally knock them. Jenna is ready and waiting to find her new home, if she sounds like your type of girl please contact the Central Coast facility today!
She may have a common name but this is no common girl. Introducing….Sally.
This sweet natured hound will have you smitten from first pat. She adores her human company and so will require a home where she has company more often than not. This company can be her humans or another medium to large canine. Sally can be a little excitable at times so small children are not suitable to live with her but she can be a sister to older siblings. She has lovely manners indoors and on leash. Sally really just wants a home where her people will give her as much attention as she will give them.
Agent Cody Banks is here on a super-secret mission to find a home. He is beginning to get all the clues and evidence to make sure the home he finds is the one that he will be in forever! It has been alleged that he may go undercover to ensure he doesn’t hurt the feelings of his fellow friends that will remain behind. Witnesses have stated the home he is looking for has a yard that is known for zoomies with a lovely comfy bed. They say it has lots of toys and also delicious treats are handed out with the words of “good boy”.
The owners of the home are known to be full time workers, with potential teenage+ children. Med/larger dogs haven’t been seen however Cody is happy to slide this into his mission. This boy is eager to find this home and smooch up on some new people in his life. With the love of food and happy, fun-filled personality, he is sure that just about anyone will come forward to solve his case. If you feel you have seen or know anyone with this type of information, please get in touch with our Central Coast facility today!
Introducing REX, the handsome, gentle giant. Rex at just 3 years old acts like a mature, sophisticated gentle man and his young age could easily take you buy surprise. Although Rex hasn’t been at our facility too long he has settled in like a dream. Speaking of dreams… Rex dreams of a home where he can have a backyard to engage in midday snoozes, random zoomies and a paddle in his clam pool.
He wouldn’t mind if his new family are full-time workers as he enjoys his own company, although no dog has ever said no to their owner being home all day either. Due to Rex’s previous exposure to children he also wouldn’t mind a home with children as long as they are respectful of his space when he needs. Rex is a social boy, although a proper introduction to a canine friend of the medium to large size would be essential. Rex has just recently gone into a foster home in the Newcastle area, stay tuned for updates!
Calling all Cinderellas, Belles, Snow Whites and Jasmines - Your Prince is here! 3.5 year old Prince is a perfect gentleman! Seriously... And he's looking for his happily ever after, fairy-tale ending.
Prince has previously lived in a home where he was a much adored and spoilt pet, but now he is on the hunt for a new home with his glass slipper, by no fault of his own. He is quite accustomed to sleeping on beds, hanging out inside or in the yard and generally just being, well, a Prince.
Wham, Bam, thank you Pam!! This is what you will be saying each day when you take his black beauty into your life.
Pam, the stealer of hearts is looking for a home where her new family can be there for her more often than not.
If you have been looking for a sweet friendly girl to share your days with then Pepper might be just the gal for you. She is a joy to have around and really won't mind too much if she gets out for a walk every few days, as long as she can be a fully-fledged family member, life is all good!
She will take a bit of time to settle in and get to know you so she is looking for a home that understands this and would be suited with another dog that can give her the confidence she needs like another sighthound or Labrador (which she grew up with).
Looking for a no-frills friendly boy? Nitro might just fit the bill. On one hand, there is nothing overly outstanding about him besides his devilishly good looks. But on the other hand, everything about Nitro is perfect. He is a quiet, friendly, affectionate guy who will talk to anyone and everyone and just enjoys everyday.
He does get a bit excited when the lead comes out but will settle down into his walk with you to explore the hood. While he has not lived with children, he has been around them recently, he would be great for a home with older kids/teens who are calm and respectful - and who are up for the odd game in the backyard of course.
Are you hungry for your next best friend?
Is that hunger larger than what a small Happy Meal can satisfy?
Is your family calm and quiet but full of love? Kids have grown up a bit and you’re looking for a new family member to take care of while they’re at school and you’re home from work?
Well meet Hunter. This dashing 4 year old boy is quite the head turner; a marvel to look at just as he is to spend time with! Hunter is a very easy going guy and will fit really easily into a family with older children and full-time workers.
Tired of navigating the turbulent waters and dangerous currents of life? Not to worry – Bondi is here to rescue you! Just as stunning and fun as the world famous beach, 4-year-old Bondi will make all your worries melt away like an ice-cream on the hot sand.
Bondi is a very happy-go-lucky dude who loves his walks and plays just as much as his snoozes in the sun. He loves spending time in our office here at GAP HQ and quickly flops himself down on the floor and settles in for a nap. He's also grey-t on lead and very easy to walk in quiet areas, just bring snacks! Bondi prefers to have company during his hot summer days and would suit a part-time or full-time worker. He would be happy to have a medium/large canine friend or to be an only dog. As we said, happy-go-lucky, easy fella. Bondi may also fit right into a home with older children.
Oh my hold onto your hats as the most amazing dude possible. No blurb needed.....this is what we know about him
He is
*Pink is currently in foster care. Here are some updates from her carer: "She will get quite excited when someone gets home. She’s also really good in the car, she jumps in and out by herself."*
If you’re feeling a little blue, perhaps what you need in your life is a bit of Pink! 4-year-old Pink is searching high and low for a new place to call home.
Long ago, in 2015, in the un-wilderness, a very unique and especially good looking Dingo was born. And seemingly, he never grew up…
Affectionately known around the facility as ‘Dingbat’, this adorable goof will provide you with endless entertainment. Dingo will delight you with his ridiculous zoomies and tossing his toys around for himself to catch and gently sidling up next to you for a snuggle after running out of steam 5 minutes later. And did we mention he loves his treaties? Dingo will do just about anything for a yummy bit of dried chicken making him easy to train (we are proud to say he’s even mastered the stairs!).
